Life-Enhancing Behaviors, Bodywork, and Fitness with Lori Stevens

This workshop is Lori’s first workshop in Honolulu, Hawaii.
The workshop will focus on bodywork and fitness for middle-aged and active dogs.
Two-day seminar will cover:
*Bodywork for behavior, health, and performance
*Effective communication
*Empowerment
*The power of observation skills
*Foundation behaviors for life
*Movement and its benefits
*The importance of proprioception
*Fitness exercises for life and performance
*How to support the aging process
*How to improve your dog's confidence and focus
The course material will be conveyed by Power Point presentations, video, demos and hands-on work with people and dogs. Lori Stevens teaches 100% of the course.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
:
The airport you will fly into is Honolulu International Airport (airport code HNL). Please do not fly into another airport in Hawaii, as it is probably on the wrong island!
If you are planning to travel to the workshop from the mainland, we recommend that you leave your dog at home as Hawaii has strict entry requirements for animals visiting the islands. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be responsible for any fees incurred by canceling your travel plans.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Date: April 7th and 8th, 2018
Time: 9:30am to 4:30pm each day
Location: Honolulu, Oahu
Registration Fee :
Working spots (bring your dog) : $300 (2 days, limit of 10 spots) FULL
Auditing (no dogs are allowed): $150 (2 days), $85 (1 day) (limit of 20 people each day)
* Each day Lori will cover different topics.
* Fee includes course handouts, light breakfast and afternoon snacks, coffee and tea each day of the workshop.
** Any dogs attending the workshop should be non-reactive to humans and other dogs, and comfortable being in a crate. The handler is responsible for providing a crate and other items to keep dog safe and comfortable while waiting for his/her turn.
We will ask a dog/handler to leave the workshop if they are too disruptive.
Cancellation/Refund policy: The general terms of the cancellation policy are stated below. If you have any questions about this policy please contact us BEFORE you register for the workshop.
For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event, a refund (less a $75 processing fee for $300 payment, $35 processing fee for $150 payment, or $20 processing fee for $85 payment) will be given. Because of the financial commitment necessary as the event date approaches we cannot offer refunds within 60 days of the event.
Napilialoha, LLC reserves the right to cancel the event, if necessary, because of circumstances beyond our control or in the rare circumstance when enrollment is deemed insufficient. In this case, ALL deposits, tuition and processing fees will be fully refunded. Participants are encouraged to consider flight and hotel insurance.

ABOUT LORI STEVENS
Lori Stevens (CPDT-KA, SAMP, CCFT) is a Senior Tellington TTouch® practitioner for dogs, cats, and other animals. She is also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA); a FitPAWS Master Trainer; a certified Small Animal (dogs and cats) Massage Practitioner (SAMP) with a specialty in rehabilitation; and is certified in Canine Massage by the National Board of Certification for Animal Acupressure & Massage. Lori is also a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer (CCFT) via the University of Tennessee.
